Our terms
Short, and the same for every home. You reserve with a fifth of the total and settle the rest the day before you arrive, so nothing large leaves your account until the stay is almost here.
- Minimum stay
- No minimum. Book for one night or longer.
- Flexible payment
- Reserve with a 20% deposit. The remaining 80% balance is due 24 hours before arrival.
- Free cancellation
- Cancel free of charge up to 3 days (72 hours) before your check in date for a full refund. Inside 3 days, the 20% deposit is retained and the 80% balance is refunded.
- No show
- If you do not arrive and give no notice, the 20% deposit is retained.
- No damage deposit
- Nothing extra is collected at check in.
How the payment works
- 01You choose your dates and confirm who is staying. We hold the home while you pay.
- 02You pay the 20% deposit through Pesapal, which takes M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the Pesapal wallet. The booking is confirmed the moment that clears.
- 03Before you travel we email you a payment link for the remaining 80%, due 24 hours before arrival. We never store your card and nothing is charged automatically.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars, and cleaning is already included in the nightly rate. Stays of a week or more are charged at a lower effective nightly rate, and stays of a month or more lower still. Any shilling figure on the site is a guide, converted at an approximate rate.
